Equity Brokers, Inc. offers property management services for both residential and commercial property.
Property Management Services Offered:
- Advertise and show property for rent
- Screen tenant applicants by checking references and credit report
- Execute the rental agreement
- Document a pre-occupancy inspection
- Insure that tenants place utilities in their name (if applicable)
- Conduct periodic inspections
- Arrange for maintenance and repair at favorable rates.
- Collect the rent and enforce terms of the rental agreement.
- Keep records of collections and disbursements for taxes, provide quarterly statements and copies of all checks and bills for services.
- Inspect after tenants vacate property to insure condition prior to return of any deposit money.
- Provide disbursement and management options to fit the needs of each property owner.
Property Management Fee Schedule:
$100.00 Trust Account for property emergency expense.
$75.00 or 20% First Month's Rent (whichever is greater) for tenant placement.
Monthly Fees:
1-8 Units - 10% Rent Collected
9-24 Units - 9 _% Rent Collected
25+ Units - 9% Rent Collected

As of April 1, 2007 Equity Brokers, Inc. will be charging a $15.00 Rental Application Fee for single single or married applicants and $25.00 for single with a roomate. There will be a $25.00 return check charge added on any return check's.
